LG will launch the G6 Mini as Q6

Leaks surfaced last April about LG's preparation for a new mini-phone from its flagship phone G6, but it seems the company will not offer it as a G6 Mini but under a new name in a different category, Q6.

The phone offers the same alien screen dimensions in the flagship phone, the 18: 9 aspect ratio, which is 5.4 inches long and is not much smaller than the main phone, but the screen will occupy more space than the front.

Of course the phone comes with less technical specifications, from the back there is a 13 megapixel camera with 3 GB random memory, and no information if LG will use the same old processor Snape Dragon 821 mother of the new Snape Dragon 835.

It is not known when LG will launch its new phone, but the date has come close to receiving a certificate of identification from the US FCC under the model M700.

It is strange that LG resorts to the name of a new category instead of making it a mini-version of the flagship phone. Do you want this to not affect the reputation of the main phone? Or is it the beginning of a new category that will be slimming versions of the future leading phones?
